white privilege is when you can show up in DC armed, break into the US Capitol, and instead of being teargassed, pepper sprayed, beaten, or shot, the police do nothing
and it really was an amazing movie and not at all what I expected the film to be about. One of the few “big” movies in recent memory that didn’t give most of it away in the trailer.
Totally recommend watching it if you haven’t already. The films darker and more mature themes make it a very quality watch, let alone the stunning animation (even better than most Pixar films) and legitimate laugh-out-loud moments.
