Isn't a bad thing. Every person that goes into that house who's ever seen BB before knows about bitter juries, and there's a way to not make a jury bitter: don't make unneeded promise. There's nothing wrong with a bitter jury. It doesn't break rules. It doesn't violate a contract. It's perfectly fair and perfectly legal. Don't like bitter juries? Don't play a game that's going to make the jury bitter.
Of course, nothing you can do about Shane, his backstabbing was needed and he was just butthurt the whole entire live show.

I love you, you're 100% correct. I don't believe in bitter juries, you are responsible for how you treat people and if they leave the house hating you, that is your doing. You can't control how people feel, you can control how you treat them though, and lying and backstabbing will make people feel like they want to spit in your face.
There's a way to lie and backstab without people knowing it was your doing, he did it in BB10 I don't know why he didn't do it here.
