So my hint for #29 was a two time player to never make the finals and surprisingly nobody guessed him. Coming in at #29 is Brendon Villegas BB12 and BB13.
Let me start off by saying that Brendon would probably be a lot higher on my list if he wasn't on BB13, I didn't really care for him his second time around and found him a bit too cocky and entitled. However, I absolutely loved him in BB12. Brendon definitely is not that great of a player, i mean isolating yourself with one other person in week 1 is not a great way to start off the game. But what i really love about Brendon was his underdog story and his will to fight in the game. He won the first POV of the season to save himself, he won the POV week 3 to keep himself or Rachel from being backdoored, he won HOH in week 6, he won the POV the next week. Brendon was a beast in competitions and he made it all the way to 6th without ever being in a solid group alliance. I really admire his competitive spirit, and seeing him versus the house for so many weeks I really cheered for him as the underdog. Another thing i really like about Brendon is his selfless gameplay. He attempted to be evicted in week 5 by starting conflict with other houseguests in an attempt to save Rachel. Also, in BB13 he decided not to use a POV on himself and he vetoed Rachel so that she could stay. His moves were obviously not great from a gameplay standpoint, but I appreciate the fact that Rachel meant more to him than a chance at $500,000. I think that really speaks to his character outside of the game. I also loved watching him and Rachel on TAR, I'm sad there won't be a Brenchel baby soon haha.
Reasons why Brendon isn't higher on my list: BB13, he was too cocky for my liking. He was kind of rude and condescending. Although i did appreciate how he didn't really hold grudges and was enjoyable to watch in the jury house. Another reason is the whole Skype incident....yeah but if Rachel forgave him and moved past it I guess i can't hold it against him.
Favorite Brendon Moments:
-Vetoing Rachel in BB13
-Winning HOH after Rachel was evicted in BB12
-All of his POV wins
-People thinking he was the Saboteur because he went to brush his teeth when the lights went out lol
-Brendon going off on Ragan
-His ridiculous hosting of the Wizard Pinball POV
-Throwing the bowling ball when he lost POV in week 5 of BB12
