I... Might Be in a Problem

This laptop of mine is still doing this wash, rinse, repeat, so it is still resetting itself after 42%, which leads me to think it's not REALLY repairing itself.  I've let it do its thing since 12:30 last night and it's now 11 hours later and it's STILL doing the same thing.

Should I try going for a new laptop altogether, and if so, how much money would I be forking over for one?  Or is there something else I should try to do?

Brandt69  Tried looking up the problem, but I can't really find what I'm looking for, so if I can't find a solution, a new computer might be best.

Mark, I have a chromebook. They are laptops, but they rub like a tablet, through Google. They're pretty cheap and I like mine.
