So I have been content on going to the University of Tampa for college for the last 6 months, and now I feel like I am making the biggest mistake and I don't know why!
I was content that I was going to go there and do International Studies and Cultures and than go to Law School and get a job as a International Attorney.. But I don't think I want to be that anymore..
Do I go to UT and get a degree in International Studies and Cultures? (Which doesn't have a broad base of job opportunity) or should I stay in Omaha and go to University of Nebraska in Omaha and get a degree as a Nurse Anesthetic? (which has a HUGE base of job in Omaha and within the USA!)
I turn to you guys because all of my friends say the exact same thing "Do what makes you happy." THing is... IDK what one will..
I need opinions, Choice A: Stay with UT or Choice B: Stay in Omaha and go for the nursing..
well, what do you want to do, jsyk anything where you will go to medical school will likely give you around 8-12 years of studying and A TON of debt... but if you dont want kids till ur 50 go for it
I'm gonna be a jerk and say do what makes you happy, because that rly is all I can say. Idk what you want and you should let yourself decide the fate of your life =)
Well it really depends on your interests, maybe you feel like you're making a mistake for a reason? But you really need to think about your future, what you'd like to do...I'm sure you'll make a good decision either way, best of luck at taking that decision :)
I want out of Nebraska, but Nebraska has the BEST school for the nursing program I want to go into.. I love Tampa and would like to do International Studies and Cultures, but there isn't a good job field for that...
nobody can decide that for you. you have to think and try to see what will make you happier for live.
you study to get a job. you will do that job for the rest of your life. you have to think/know how you want to spend your life.
these are 2 different areas. why dont you try to talk with people working as a nurse and as a international attorney?
well, no offense but tampa isnt a specialized school, if theres something your set on then go to a school that specializes in it, but just do what you feel your supposed to do, for ages i wanted to be a layer but i realized i really sshould do something medical bc thats where my heart is, but dont take my advice, im only a sophomore in high school...
yeah UT isn't specialized in anything but business and nursing...But UNO is the absolute BEST for Nurse Anesthetics and my parents say if I do that it has to be at UNO not UT...
do what you think would benefit you in the long run
idk much about colleges and jobs and stuff yet, ha but i do know that if you go for anything medical it takes quite a while, and quite a lot of money.
i would prolly say that if the nursing has more opportunities, go there. You wouldnt wanna get a degree in International studies and culture and then not be able to do much with it =/
You said it. you are content... content is not happy and that means that there is something more out there you want to do.. so go do what you want to do.. it is a life choice..
