Lately some people are obviously upset about the new T_MODTemp moderator and this is just going to be my two cents on the issue and a suggestion on what should be done.
I'll start off with my cents on the issue first. I think cyber-bullying is a serious issue and I'm happy that something is finally being done about that on this website. Some people just may not care about being bullied or being rude or whatever, but what about people that actually have feelings and for all you know, could be harassed or bullied everyday at school and their escape might be to come to Tengaged to have fun. People who have been on this website for a while might also just be used to this already, but new users that come to this website might just be disgusted with the way the community acts and leave -- decreasing or at least, never increasing the amount of Tengaged users. I'll tell you right now, if thing's were more... "appropriate"... on this website, we would get a ton more of new users. Of course though, this website if based off of Big Brother and Survivor -- where in these reality shows, people might act rude. I understand that and hopefully everybody else does too. But being rude to people just for the fun of it or for example on the Blogs page is completely unnecessary. There also needs to be a line drawn from where being mean in a game and going over the limit needs to be spoken up about. Being snobby and thinking that you're better than everyone in a game, in my opinion at least, is an alright way of being "mean". But when people literally call you horrible names, get personal with you, tell you to kill yourself and anything around that -- a punishment should be ensued. The only problem with this is that once again, this is a reality T.V. based website where people can get nasty both on T.V. and on this website. You have to remember though, we're not on T.V. and just because you're hiding behind a computer screen doesn't mean that people can get hurt from your words.
There needs to be a fine-line of rules set by the moderation and yes, there already is, but obviously some people don't agree with this. That is life though. They'll be things you do and don't agree with. If you love this website enough, you'll just have to live with it and for all of those people complaining, they're just upset that they were banned for a few day. I mean, how hard is it to keep your fingers from typing a very rude -- anything -- about anyone? If you can't keep yourself from telling someone to kill themselves then maybe you honestly just shouldn't be on this website.
Now onto a few suggestions I have, first of all I just want to address the fact that this website is messy. I mean the structure of it. When I first joined, I was very confused but over time I got used to it. This website needs an update. There are many spelling and grammar errors that need to be fixed and that does not look professional. The lay-out of this website also needs to be changed, keep things not-so messy or all-over-the-place.
My next suggestion is about moderation. One job -- one person -- on moderator -- for this whole one website -- for all of us users is ridiculous. I have no idea by whoever is the current moderator can put up with this. I think it would be a good idea if a moderator team would be formed. It can be compromised of 5-10 trusted Tengaged users. They would all either get their own moderation account or just all share the Tengaged_Moderation account. They could also discuss thing's freely with each other in a Skype chat. I think this would be an amazing new edition. This way, if someone get's banned for a sketchy reason, the 5 or 10 or however amount of moderators can all come together and discuss it and what should be done. This way, instead of just one opinion that may be biased, we can get several opinions. This way one person also wouldn't have to do so many jobs that obviously wasn't meant for just one person.
On the topic of a Moderation Team, I think there should be an Event Coordinators Team. This team can have once again from 3-10 people, whatever would work out and they would also get the powers of an Event Coordinator and would all be in their own Skype chat for easy communication access. They could always host their own special #fasting#frookies game daily or whatever -- but by having a team, Johneh wouldn't have to be all by himself. He even stated himself that their wouldn't be any more special activities until the summer time due to his real life but if there would be a team, they could host special games. It would also be easier to host larger actives such as Sole Survivor, Special Stars, Special Hunger Games, Race to Black and more. They could even host The Amazing Race or something -- the possibilities are endless and would be so much easier with multiple people's idea and helpfulness other than just one.
TL;DR version: I agree with what moderation has been doing as I think the rudeness and bullying on this website has gotten way too out of hand. But to help the current moderator and probably please the Tengaged community plus make thing's easier, it would be good to have a Moderation Team compromised of multiple people so that for example, when banning someone for a not-yet-clear reason, the opinions of multiple people can be used. There should also be a Event Coordinators Team to help host more special games. Finally, the website needs a total re-working of grammar and spelling issues and a re-working of the messy lay-out. Also randomize really needs to come back to this website. We need him!

Johneh, if there would be an Event Coordinators Team there would at least be more creativity when thinking of future activities and more people can help around them and ask questions when you're sleeping or something. Plus then you wouldn't have all of the stress of doing this by yourself. ^.^
OMGitsGARRET The problem would be is that we would have to split the budget... if there's 4 coordinators then we would get 250 T$ a MONTH to play around with. That's nothing!!!
