WTF!! poisonous apple in casting??

WTF just appeared in my casting?? lol
Found an apple and like so many bottles beside it on left and right with that poisonous mark! clicked it but i got +0
what happens when you get it? does it affect your health?
Weird, much? heard rumors about them but never saw one until today
Explaaaaaaaaaaain!!! lol

apparently you lose 5% health if u click poison instead of apple according to sp4rrow

i think i did lose 5% too... not sure. dont remember what was my previous health number but i think i might've lost 5%
