Jeff Probst intervenes when he sees that his pre-season favorite is on the chopping block and decides to give an idol to every man. The White Collars lose again and they go to tribal. Before Jeff tosses Carolyn's idol into the tribal council fire pit, he gently whispers into her ear, "It will be my revenge," as Max, Tyler, and Joaquin play their idols one after the other. All votes toward Joaquin are negated and Carolyn goes home unanimously. As they leave tribal, Jeff subtly slaps Max's bum on the way out.
