Probably one of the best produced dance songs of the year, so its success isn't a surprise to me. I still find myself constantly giving it a listen. It just doesn't seem to get old.
#27. Clare Maguire - Don't Mess Me Around

At first listen I thought to myself, great vocal, but the song itself is a bit too abrasive. But I've come to enjoy the harshness of this so if I could go back in time I'd definitely give this more, but it still won! Everything about this is pretty genius, specifically the instrumentation and backing vocals. It took time, but great song.
#26. Josef Salvat - Till I Found You

Josef has become one of my all-time favourite artists. He appeared on my TSC 2014 ranking in #5 (Shoot And Run) and #46 (This Life). This isn't my favourite Josef song but it's still pretty damn good. The song itself is a bit moody but very powerful. The chorus is probably my favourite part of this song. The buildup was effective, and the end-result delivers.
#25. Melanie Martinez - Pity Party

If you told me 2 years ago that Melanie would appear in my Top 25 of this ranking I'd think you were kidding. I did not like Melanie on The Voice, and while I have tolerated her music since then, this is the first song of hers that has really stood out to me. The whole thing is a tad unconventional, as most of her songs are, but this is probably the catchiest of her songs. I still love this.
