This kid sent $700 to another guy's Paypal account, asking the guy to spend the Tengaged money on him? Jouix is that the case?
So basically, if this is the case, the guy who agreed to it is gonna get fucked by Paypal for having a presumably "stolen" card once the mother gets notified of the "fraudulent" transactions...
