Help please.

I have a really bad headache (i dont know wether its from the sun) & i feel sick  too, my mum said take some paracetamols and drink plenty of water. Which i have but i just doesnt seem to be working, anyone got any ideas ?? <3

9 oclock this morning (its now 7:00 here in the uk) and then took some more at 1 and then again at 5. Basically ever 4 hours.

i would probably go and lay down somewhere quiet, not use the computer and if you still have it in the morning, go to the chemist. Also, try some ibuprofen next time. sometimes changing tablets can help.
