imageThat decision was to lose 100 lbs.
And today I achieved that goal :3
I weighed 284 lbs. when I graduated high school on May 28, 2011, today (January 28, 2012) during my second semester of my freshman year of college I weigh 181 lbs.

I always carried my weight pretty well considering the fact that I'm 6'3", so it was never really obvious to people here that I was obese... The thing I'm most excited about is that I can finally wear what I want and go out in public without being embarrassed (blush)
If you really don't believe that I've lost the weight, add me on skype (super.josh)and I'll send the embarrassing comparison picture :X

WOW, Congrats SuperJosh!.....That is such an accomplishment that you should be really proud of!.....It is extremely hard to lose weight (I know how you feel!) and any weight loss you should feel really good about, especially 103 pounds!

i dont think you need to lose anymore
a healthy weight for your heigh is around 179 lbs

149 lbs is unhealthy
you should work on muscle gain

I hope to accomplish what you have REAL SOON, it takes a lot of  strength to resist eating the same ol foods and to reduce your portions and to actually work out every so often!
