First of all let me say this blog isn’t meant to piss anyone off or make any waves I just have a couple of random thoughts about Tengaged Court. I do not think it is fair that actual players in the game have been chosen to become moderators on the site. As players these people no matter how fair and unbiased they believe they are, certainly have created allies and enemies in past games. The best example I can use is that when a team plays basketball they can not have one of the players in the game also be the referee. Because no matter how impartial the player is they will always in someway even if it is subliminal, side with their team. I also have become worried that this power bestowed upon these “regular players” will eventually go to their heads; they have been given the power to be judge, jury, and executioner. I have played in many games with Genevere and I hope she doesn’t take this personally; I respect you and hope our friendship isn’t effected by this blog. I just feel like this could have been such wonderful answer to a lot of the chaos on this site but it has been very poorly planned and the execution of the plan was even worse. I have remained silent for fear of being attacked or banned for expressing my thoughts but I could remain silent no longer.
i'm pretty sure that the mods randomize has appointed will not let the power go to thier heads and will think fairly on any situation that happens to arise.
+9 :)
I agree TEC.. The court is gonna be a joke and haters will make me go.. But thats up too me if I want to or not.. If it means me getting banned oh well I will be back with more vengance.. lol
Hi Tec... my only comment would be that you will not be banned for putting over your opinion on the Court system in a well thought out and reasonable way. I can only reinforce the fact that nobody involved in making decisions in the Court will be able to be bias. This cannot happen as no one person makes the decision alone when making resolutions. We discuss each individual case and have to come to a joint decision before any banning/blacklisting etc is carried out. I agree that the initial few days of the Court seemed somewhat chaotic. This is primarily because alot of people felt the need to have their say within the threads. We let people do this for a few days and get their opinions across but now we are no longer allowing threads in the Court that are not entered correctly and are in need of resolution by ourselves.

The Tengaged Court is literally a waste of time, there are no cases good enough for the tengaged court to solve in other words, they don't want to or don't want to risk looking biased.
