I've been playing Maze, DoND and Words and it doesn't seem to react when I click. For example in DOND, it lets me click No Deal but it won't let me click Deal, in Words I get a word but it doesn't change and go to the next word, and in Maze I reach the end but nothing happens.
Well, after a near 2 year hiatus from activley competing I decided that today, when I couldn't think of anything better to do, to see what Tengaged was like nowadays. As someone whose been here from July 2008, I have seen a lot of changes, and I saw even more when I joined today. New formats, new members, new features! I don't how long I'm here for, but I can promise you that I'm going to do my best to win a game soon- four years and one victory is a terrible record for anyone!
It's with great sadness that I realise most of my "assosicates" from back in the day are now long gone, although I'm incredibly lucky to keep in touch with some of them on Facebook.
It's been three years since I joined Tengaged as one of the original set, and having shamelessly abandoned it last year after getting systematically voted off game by game by some over-active twelve year olds, I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm back on a one game basis and will see if the current crop are up to my gutter low standards. We shall see.
Not that I was missed, but recently I have been spending no time on Tengaged, and posted the reason as "Not feeling part of the game".
Well, that wasn't strictly true. The reason I left was, and some people here may already know this, is that I was having a few personal problems, in the shame of some substances etc which I got a little bit too into this year. Well, I went to Italy in June and spent some time with family who live there and I have really improved my self kind of worth/ opinions of myself and have come back to the UK fresher as a person and no longer wanting to have contact with some of those things- aside from alcohol, I do love my alcohol.
In other news, things are looking up on the job front, as I have got a part time job at a respected fashion house (okay, its a shop but a classy one!) and I'll be returning to sixth form in September ready to start psychology.
So, I may be back... maybe for a year, maybe for a week?
Lets see how it goes.
And my fashion tip for the summer boys? Headbands are in.
