Anas The six pack is there, but my problem is that i’m skinny. I’m trying to bulk up a little more, Noticing the difference from just being consistent with the gym for the last couple week :P
Willie_ dude congrats haha, don’t lose sight of how far you’ve came so far. You’ve done the groundwork so you’ll be fine. How long did it take you to get this point ?
That's so cool! Working out is different to weight loss, because changes appear so slow and then one day you just look at yourself and are like WOW, this happened. I was sad that my arms didn't grow for the longest time, because I had bad technique. But that bad technique gave me shoulders and back a workout, so they grew really quickly haha. So one always benefits from workouts, even if not in the ways one expects. I find the changes so enjoyable :)
