And that's IF you don't factor in possible inactive HOH's and inact POV's, or cheater HOH's and cheater POV's. Then I think that length of time goes up to 21 minutes? Because I think it's the 7-minute limit for each stage of a round, but my memory could be mixed up.
I know XxLoveWakizaxX I was just trying to share my knowledge on Frookies because I think it's a 7-minute time limit, not just for voting, but for the decision on POV as well as the HOH choosing nominees too, totaling 21 minutes in 1 round if you stall all 3 parts of that round.
