They have to censor boobs. He has had his removed. I know he identifies as a man, but where does the FCC draw the line on someone who technically still has female genitalia being shown shirtless on public access.

Also, I'm not watching, but if the dude has chest hair, regular man tits, and is built enough like a man to not be pointed out as trans, then I'm sure the FCC will be okay lmao
The FCC has different regulations regarding showing breasts/chests of men and women. I've seen television that has shown a female-identified cis-gendered women that had no breasts due to a mastectomy. As long as the nipples aren't indecent or whatever, it's fine. ER showed a bare-breasted women once on NBC.
