there should be a place to buy a lottery ticket for t$ (much like the stars seat winner) and every sunday or something a person is chosen to win a random amount of t$ based on how many tickets were sold!!!!!!!
tickets can cost anywhere between 1-5t$, so if 200 people buy a ticket the winnings could be between 200t$-1000t$ =]
fighterman yeah but you dont want to be giving away TOO much t$ every single week....even if the winning was 1t$ per ticket sold...say 250 people bought them then thats $250t. or if the tickets were 5t$ each than for each one sold 5t$ was added...if 250 bought a ticket thats 1250t$
for your scenario that would mean like someone would win 12,500t$ every week LOL...thats way too much.

yeah like if it costs 5Ts for a ballot, i feel like a realistic option is for something like 80% of the buy-ins would be the jackpot, so that way there's an incentive for randomize to want to do it...so if there's 200 tickets, that's 1000Ts invested, and the jackpot would be 800Ts
Well if he can get enough revenue it could work rowjone.
The reason lottery's are so successful is that they get enough tickets sold that they make more money from sales then the prizes they hand out. So as long as he tilts the statistics so the 'house wins' a higher proportion of the time then it would end up with more t's spent and less won...
