He recently made a defamatory statement about me saying I had violated the terms of service. These statements are untrue and therefore are defamatory.

He has injured my reputation and since the tos was written using parallelism, we can assume that defamatory comments are equally as bad as posting pornographic material. Therefore matt64 should receive a permanent ban to stay consistent with the precedent of a permanent ban for posting pornography. tengaged_moderation
