I can't speak to how hot people feel, however, from an outsiders perspective, it seems like hot people get attention from people they dont want attention from mostly.
I feel like most hot people do seek attention from somebody or multiple people who won't give it to them.

For example, posting a selfie and hoping it captures the attention of that person/people.
I don't think there's anyone in the world that feels good when they post a selfie and absolutely nobody likes it. Even if they're good at pretending or not caring, when they come back and see nobody liked it they have to feel a certain type of way.
