Im not going to support or deny johnehs right to this position, or comment on how hes running it.
I personally feel that I would do a great job, as im sure many others would too. However the fact remains that its Johneh who is our games coordinator, and thats better than nothing. So im going to suck it up and appreciate the fact that hes at least attentive on this site and his "last activity" is within the week.
I have never had to filter anyone on this site. In fairness, I have never been in a position that attracts people who are upset at something I have had to do as part of my responsibilities as a moderator. It's hard to please everyone. It's really difficult to deal with players who feel they have been dealt with unfairly. I do know that even randomize has given in to people who harassed him and he regretted it later:(

@Jonneh It shouldn't matter whether or not someone's good & fair. It's your JOB to be good & fair, so don't use that excuse. Your JOB should require you to be good & fair to EVERYONE.
He should not be allowed to limit who can play the games. That shows an insane bias. You can't question anything he does without risk of being filtered and unable to participate

Have you never heard the phrase 'Don't bite the hand that feeds you'. If you're acting like a brat, i agree with Johneh's decision, that you shouldn't play. It should be given to those who will co-operate with a nice attitude.

lexibear not if they are getting chosen for something.. do you think if someone is hosting a public contest, the one who is harassing and being rude would get picked? No, they would probably get kicked out of wherever they are. The customer is not always right, not when it goes against rules and i think Johneh's rule is be nice.

Johneh, you are missing the fact that lexibear and RasCity, are just normal everyday users they are not in any position with any power so if they want to be rude, throw fits, be it unprovoked or not they can do that. As the GC you are still supposed to remain unbiased either way. That's what makes it hard, if you can't do it bow down. You can't hold things against people and still do your job effectively. So yeah, it seems like you need to be replaced.
Think about it like this:
Johneh lets you play his game. He is giving you a good chance. But, you throw a rage fit and are banned from the games. So now, because your banned from the games that you decidedly threw a rage fit in, you get bitter and have another rage fit? lexibear Johneh angered
