Anywho, for those of you that are wondering why he got banned, the legal definition of this behaviour is called "uttering threats" and it's not taken very lightly.
The uttering threats factor of it is that he threatened to call CPS on her, implementing that he would tell them that she beats her children when he had no factual proof that she did so.
That is uttering threats.
However, since Ev is a "lawyer" as he claims, he should have been aware of that this behaviour is a no-no.
It was very malicious. I got very upset at him in castings...
He was very ugly to me... but he took it to another level... and he wouldn't stop... he wouldn't back down.... it was filled with anger.... and he harassed a girl who didn't do anything.
Does he claim to be a lawyer? Wow I know lawyers here online and I have yet to see anything close to this type of behavior. If anything they have been wonderful counsels to my friends. Thanks for explaining to everyone because I know some people like Torch are getting a lot of backlash from this whole situation. I do not need Ev or anyone telling me what kind of mother I am. I know I'm a good one. But either way, what he did was uncalled for so I reported him. I would do it again if I need to. Thank again everyone and have a good day!! :)
