So my nephew and I were in Wal Mart yesterday and while standing in line he says.."Uncle I can blow bubbles now, can I get some hubba-bubba gum?" He then goes on to tell me about a boy at school who was "dapping or dabbing?" During the national anthem, and explains to me how that was rude and he was disappointed because so many people have died for our country so at least we all could pay attention when the national anthem is playing". A woman in front of us with a very full set of hands smiles..and asks Sebastian if he can grab her a package of pink hubba-bubba gum. He gets it for her and places it on top of all of the things she had piled in her hands. She thanks him and then we both go to our respective check outs... While I'm paying for our stuff that same lady comes back and hands Seb the pack of gum and thanks him for making her smile today. He thanked her and told her he couldn't accept it from her that his Uncle could by him some. She would not take it back she just told him and the cashier that the gum was paid for and it was his, and that he was a good boy. Seb was pretty surprised and a bit confused as to why she would do this. My heart was so happy when I explained that respect these days was hard to come by and that most likely she was moved by his stance on his national anthem story:) this is Seb's first pay it forward experience. He was very proud.. And so am i❤️
I'm confused, you said you guys were in line and she heard and then you guys went to your respective checkouts, wouldnt you be in the same line though so same checkout
ShadowBaller000 you're Wal Mart might be different then ours but you stand in line for a cashier to open up kind like waiting in line for a teller at the bank
