Sadly Brenchal has a small group of fans. These people aren't your normal use all your votes and cross your fingers type of people, though. They're the same group of people that are Team Edward/ Jacob and OBSESS over keeping Brenchal in the house. They make multiple accounts to vote on and steal other peoples phones to send votes. In total, each of them probably sent 100-1,000 votes the bring Brendon back.
Not to mention the other leading runners were Cassi and Dominic, and most people probably split their votes between them.

EDIT: This is how people vote more then 10 times. 1st: they vote on their CBS account, then on their phone. That's 20. Then they take their parents phones. That's 40. Their Brothers and sisters (lets say they have 1 brother). That's 50. Then they might go to their friends house, make a fake CBS account, vote there. That's 60. Their friends phone. That's 70. Sadly, crazy people do illegal things. It's like a fight about who should have married Bella in Twilight.
You should have titled this "BB13 Spoiler Alert" because I didn't see the episode last night, so I am watching it online today, and you spoiled it for me.
It's not "singling out" your blog. Your blog spoiled it before I even clicked the link because it says the words "brendon-returned" which makes it obvious what the title and subject of the blog is. And with most of the other blogs, it said "SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER" in front of it so that it wouldn't spoil it by seeing it on the Blogs page, and the title only gave away enough information to figure out the subject, but not enough to spoil it, so you could decide whether or not to read the damn blog.

It wasn't rigged but Julie needs to learn her math cause on cbs.com, it says Brendon got 39.5% of the vote when Dominic got 31% with Cassi having 28.5% and Keith having 1% so obviously Brendon did not receive as many votes as Julie said. But, I don't believe CBS rigged it. They are always fair with voting
