Message to the World

Hey , World I am talking to you
Listen up we have lots to do
your in a mess its time to stop
lets join together and stop this rot

People starve some have too much
some live in palaces some in a hut
some scrounge for food on a rubbish tip
be honest its not good , is it

some live in fear of bullet and bomb
some escape the country that they are from
they hide in a lorry come over here
why because they are full of fear

in an ideal we should all have the same
a house some food not a life of pain
basic things some they have now
give it to others but I dont know how

poverty famine drought and always war
the blight that the world does today endure
the politicians dont really understand
do they live in fantasy land

so World buck up and get it right
take away this terrible plight
so all of Gods children can be
warm and fed in a safe Country

Will it happen , I doubt it a lot
Life is never fair , hardship wont stop
but if people help just a small amount
added together it will all count

to poverty famine need and war
be gone disappear we want you no more
Oxfam Band Aid they do their part
its your turn World , so open your heart
