The voice does a good job of producing at least 1 breakout mega-goddess during the two seasons ive been watching. and Cassadee was queen. My first performance i saw her do was her rendition of "Behind These Hazel Eyes" I liked it, and jumbled in the clusterfuck of horrid performance that are either generic or boring or you cannot even hear the singers sing, it was the standout performance for me of that episode. The next episode I was looking out for Cassadee because i remembered her, then she performed Over You, which, imo, was easily ~the~ best performance of the season.
So then i went back, watched all her performances, and fell in love with her and became an avid fan. I dont watch the voice for the filler sob story bullshit, simply the people singing, and she was just simply a queen. She gets a lot of hate for being generic or too much like Avril, but dammit she is amazing in every which way. A lot of the bitter ppl also claim that the only reason she won was because of her Hey Monday fanbase... she would not be on the show if she had such a huge fanbase to automatically warrant her a win on an nbc singing show.
But ye, i just love her and i have most of her songs on my spotify and ye shes amazing < 3
Okay this is retarded. Don't ever tell me to read thisagain. She's terrible. So over-rated. EVERYONE in the Top 9 was better than her. Amanda Brown for sure should have won. All of Casdee's songs sounded the same. I refuse to plus this.
