Anyways, i first came across them in 5th grade. At that time the only reality shows i kept up with were The challenge and American idol, and so i was quite recently introduced into the reality competition show genre of reality television. Then it happened, my sisters friend had told her about this cool show called the amazing race and somehow i got sucked into it. because of these queens.
They were making their glorious appearance on amazing race allstars, and coming into the season halfway, there were so many more glorious moments to watch. Im not sure ive ever rooted so hard for someone when watching a reality show. Watching those episodes were SO intense. My gurls made final 3 but were horribly robbed by the now infamous "match your partner's responses" task < / 3
Anyways, to track them in order, they came into amazing race 5 as seemingly obvious cannon fodder. However, these cousins from baltimore had so much spunk and lots to bring to the race. they soon became known as complete airport goddesses and for the most part they did surprisingly well and got such a positive edit < 3 In the words of the bowling moms "Colin and Christie are good... but dammit Charla and Mirna are better!!!"
Their constant humor on season 5 was great as they werent such huge bottomgoddesses they still delivered with their humor consistently. Them calling people criminals constantly < 3 Mirna's confessional saying colin wanted to physically assault her < 3 their use of unnecessary and ridiculous accents < 3 charla's experience with "the bad one" < 3 their encounter with the alleged prostitute on the way to the shake mega disco < 3 they just had so many awesome moments in season 5. However their feud with colin and christie was just so epic i loved to watch them go at it and see colin so incredibly furious while charla and mirna walked away lik "lawl they are just such criminals" xDDD Theyre elimination was so heartbreaking and even made phil cry < / 3
Their appearance in allstars was just as glorious, if not more than their original season. They were instant bottomgoddesses involved in numerous fights for elimination for about the first 4 or so episodes that led to some of the funniest and pointless sequences of charla and mirna drama. Their psycho flipout with the taxi driver was just utterly amazing:

cue to charla: WHAT DO YOU WANT??!?! WHAT DO YOU WANNTNTTTTT!?!
MIRNA: HERE, TAKE ALL OF OUR MONEY!! WE DONT EAT FOOD TONIGHT!!
lawl it was just the most pointless, over the top breakdown and it was so amazing < 3
then it happened. Quite possibly my single most favorite sequence in reality television history. After rob and amber lied to them on the way to a route marker clue that they had already found, Charla and Mirna were head to head with Romber at the letter finding roadblock. Whoever found their letter last was sure to be eliminated. Mirna's obvious bitterness "I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER SOMETHING YOU WOULDNT KNOW" lawl like she is such a cunt < 3 Their extreme amount of over the top bitchiness upon finding the letter was amazing < 3 them calling romber lying bitchez < 3 then comes the super dramatic yet most pointless footrace in the history of the race. The "LEVEL FIVE!! LEVEL FIVE ON THE TREADMILL CHARLA YOU CAN DO IT!!!" is so obviously spliced and not in its original form but i thank the editors for putting that footrace together like they did because it was just utterly amazing. They truly beat the liars, and bit kharma in the ass. and they did it together < 3 The best part of this however is that to any all survivor rob mariano fantards i can simply say that charla and mirna are better than rob as they got utterly and completely owned by them < 3 *cough cough tylerwayne cough cough*
They had many more amazing moments in allstars tho. them winning two legs in a row < 3 them not knowing what a catamaran is < 3 charla in the armor < 3 them in malaysia being recognized < 3 The future charla and mirnas of america < 3 They were so amazing
In conclusion they were the first truly fierce goddesses that got me completely captivated with a reality show, and they almost single handedly got me obsessed with the reality competition genre of television and for that i will love them forever < 3
