Points Used are as follows:

1 - Rotate the wheel 1 section (clockwise or counterclockwise)
You may rotate it several sections for several points so 6 points for 6 sections, etc.

3 - Make your move knowing what your opponent did
6 - Prevent your opponent from making a move
