First and foremost, everyone is allowed to participate in this HoH competition. The outgoing HoH (Dani) will not be able to participate in the NEXT HoH competition (which will be later tonight). The HoH must nominate 2 houseguests, and then the house must vote to evict. 5 minutes will be given for each decision.
