Last time, we said goodbye to one of our sweetest competitors, Avenly. This just shows that even the nicest of people don't get favoured here. Maybe some of you will get to see Avenly again in the skies of heaven...

That brings us onto Week 3! For winning last week's main challenge, Joe was given the role to pair people up for this upcoming theme.

WEEK 2 : The Matchmaker

For this week's theme, some of you are gonna be portraying sweet, sweet heavenly angels. The others, will be demonic little creatures from the underworld. The premise of this theme is to collaborate with your partner and decide which of you does "Heaven", and who does "Hell".

When it comes to HEAVEN, we expect angelic vocals. Maybe something related to the bible, serenity, the sky, some wings, flying and the clouds for all that matter. I just wanna hear innocence through this theme and the judges will expect you to go out-of-the-box to deliver that. Again, we're giving you artistic freedom to really do what you want.

The heavenly aspect of the song can be reflected through lyrics, the music video, the vocals, etc. There's a lot of wiggle room here!

As for the ones doing HELL, we except anger, fear, heavy vocals, lyrics or instrumental that really makes you feel as if you're slipping into Lucifer's realm. Although, on paper, this does seem like the easier theme to do, there's a lot less room for originality and stand out from your competition. Again, this doesn't have to be anything related to the song per-say, but the meaning, music video, lyrics can all play a role in how your song is translated to us.

Sounds complicated but it really isn't! Here are a few things to note for this week :
- You will be judged as PAIRS, so maybe proof-listen to your partner's song if you feel as if they did a shitty job.

- There will be TWO face-off's this week. One for the winning pair to determine the prize winner, and a regular face-off for the losing pair.

- You can either communicate with your partner to decide who does what theme, or you can just submit whatever the hell you want before they do. It's a first-come, first-serve type of deal, unless you get to talk to your partner about it!

- Discord channels will be made SPECIFICALLY for this week to ease communication. However, final submissions are to be sent in your OWN PRIVATE CHANNELS.
