Louis  always tried to live out of his older brothers shadow. His parents had only eyes for him and it made Louis angry, he discovered he had the power to shapeshift and instead of his parents thinking it was amazing they thought he was a monster and sent him away to be locked up. Being the clever person he is, he escaped and in anger, killed his parents and his brother. He was then forced to live on the streets. He does whatever he has too to survive and cause chaos, because that's all he's ever known and all that his mind tells him to do.
