Hello Designers! Today there 12 boxes in a front of you and each of you will open the box and have to be inspired by whatever is in your box for your outfit this week.

You must take your fruit and be inspired by it.

This challenge will be a 36 hour challenge (I want to fix the schedule, the challenge will end when I'm in class but I will post the runway after my class is done.)

Mrs. Red-Head is back on the runway :) Lemon.. Yellow. A super risky color in my opinion. Too much yellow, you stand out, you're too bright. Yellow with the wrong color, you're a monstrosity. Going back to the basics, I brought back my classic skirt I oh so love <3 I feel like the yellow pops in this outfit, in a good way of course. This outfit was inspired by the fruit, the point wasn't to make the model look like a round yellow ball!

I wanted to incorporate the colours of the Pineapple with the Pencil Skirt aswell as it's graphic qualities which i incorporated into the tops print! A Pineapple is a Tropic fruit so I wanted the outfit to also fit the Tropical theme!

When I think of cherries I think fiery red which is also considered sexy (tying the cherry stem in their mouth) I decided to color block as it is very in not and the reed represents the cherry the green accessories are the stem and the black pumps represent the black cherries. I tried to incorporate all aspects of cherries as well as the construction and details.

When I first saw pear, I was skeptical then I remembered the light green of a pear which is the reason for the choice of color. However there are different textures and layers of the pear which helped captivate the essence of this outfit.
