Reward Challenge, Day Nine: Two members of each tribe were on platforms, and the other six members had to alternatively place steps in the air to move them from one to the next, which had to be untied first. When they reached the last platform, they had to swim to the last short platform. Each of the eight members had to be on or above the tallest step to win. Meyio tribe showed up without Nick and Jacob, a condition that had never happened on the show before. In the end the host, Owen, decided that Eikou tribe should win reward, a visit by a local bushman, by default.
Meyio Tribe, Day Nine: Nick broke down in the forest, crying. Jacob tried to comfort him. Nick revealed that he had been bullied as a child and was used to adversity. Jacob tried to pray for Nick, who promised to be a better person in the future. While Jacob was going to the bathroom, Nick saw the tribe returning from the reward challenge and abandoned Nick to be able to stay with the main group.
Eikou Tribe, Day Nine: Skye got frustrated after the lack of progress with Bubba, and furiously confronted him about his secrets, revealing that she had told Gray as well that something was wrong. Bubba got angry and started spreading the rumor that Skye had tried to beat him up. That One People’s injury was almost all the way better. Zach and Gray made a temporarily alliance, along with Trey.
