Theres no format, if you don't want to host a big ceremony just name your three nominees in the dining room and make sure to MAIL EVERYONE (myself included) when you are hosting your ceremony!

You can nominate anyone of the other 19 other houseguests. They can be all vets or all new players, or a combo of both! Remember, you are to nominate THREE houseguests as this is a double elimination!
