NO because it's mostly new gen. who wants the Duel Back but they never played it.. Everyone always wants the Duel but once it comes back, it gets old very quickly. It's basically a game based on minigames (we have enough of those) and the people who aren't good at comps are basically screwed.
joedamanxd it's the only game in which one person did not have to play a social aspect really in order to win. As long as you could play a challenge and get lucky once in awhile you had a good shot without even needing to talk to someone. If you join hunger and decide to ignore everyone else, you get arrowed out. If you join survivor and don't talk to anyone else, you're probably going to get voted out. If you join frookies, you can win maybe 2-5 pov's but without the social aspect, you won't make it to the end.

I think that the Duel shouldn't be coming back because it's gonna be in for a month or two, after that, it dies and it's only played by premades of people good in challenges.
Let's make room for something new, fresh and not bring back the good old boring Duel.
I'd bring it back just temporarily, I mean he has the codes there so why not, it'll make things exciting even if the excitement does run out it would distract people from wanting more for a while giving randomize time to sort something else out!
Also I don't think it should come back full time because people quickly grow tired of it other than the handful of comp beast that love it for that reason...NOW with that said I would love to see it return a few times a year like a special event type game...It would give people a chance to play it it would keep interest there like McDonald's does with the McRib and it would give people something to look forward to...
The unenroll button is what caused it to suck last time JayElVeeIsBack. When people can leave because someone good joins, it never fills and then good players can't play.

Implement one or more of these possible solutions to fix the very glaring problem with the duel
1. Make it a slow game - this way challenge beasts cannot be in every single duel game (with no unenroll button)
2. Make it a cycled game, have 2 cycles going with a 10-12 game wait period (fast games possible) which will allow some cycles to probably not have challenge beasts (no unenroll button)
3. Put a restriction on that you can only join a duel game once every 5 or 6 days (with no unenroll button) to keep the game from being played out and challenge beasts being in every game
4. Add some new challenges that are part skill part chance (like wof) and make the final challenge have higher odds of wof/dond/new chance game to keep interest higher.
Really dont like any of those ideas Abrogate. Try to add it back and see if it fails without an unenroll button. I really dont think it would. Then we can talk about how to fix it.
yes...the person dragged into the duel should be allowed to pick the minigame so that way it adds an advantage to people who are not great at all the games
markiepoo yeah the person that is sent to the duel could choose the opponent as it currently is and the game or get to pick their 3 games and algo will choose one so the people who are at the bottom of the list (usually weaker in challenges) have some sort of chance
Plussed =] also Randomize just an idea instead of people giving each other their numbers make it so there is no voting whatsoever and have algo decide who goes in the duel.

if im not mistaken originally the duel was a 'variable' kind of game where as long as everyone was active in the beginning the game could be quick. However people could stall and the game could last up to 1-5 or 6 real life days.
this is how I think it should return if it did.
