Its the final 2! You will be deciding who wins! Here's how it will work: from their time in the house, each jury member has made a decision about who they want to win. They will have a certain number of "like points" towards one houseguest. One point represents one higher chance to vote a certain way. You will try to sway the jury's votes towards the finalist of your choice. For example, Talla will start out with a +1 to Topaz. Saying "Talla +1 Suzette" will make Talla's vote one point closer to Suzette and one point farther away from Talla.
