With no one's surprise, Michael is evicted. Another twist is revealed: the MVP twist is officially over!
The Houseguests each stand in their individual booths. Each round, Julie Chen will read a statement regarding a number. They must decide whether the actual number is more or less. An incorrect answer results in elimination. The last Houseguest remaining will become the new Head of Household! Dani's excellent memory serve her well and she wins HOH!
Since most people had overlooked her as a floater, Dani was very pleased with her win. She knew she would have to stir up a lot of drama in order to win respect in the house. She consulted her alliance who told her that putting up Candice and Jojo again together would be a good option. Dani likes the idea but wonders if she should put up Erika instead.
With someone who had never been head of household before clinching the win, Jojo knows she can turn it on Candice. Jojo talks with Dani about putting up Candice and Michelle, who she sees as a physical threat. Dani, who now has four names to juggle for nomination relooks her options carefully realizing that she may have to go against her alliance.
Candice was worried that she may be put up for eviction. She tells Nakomis to go check what Dani was thinking but Nakomis refused, saying that she was nominated because of how much she kept Candice safe. She told Candice to go ask herself. Candice went up to Dani's room and asked safety for safety. Dani agreed seeing how good Candice was at competitions.
Jun and Michelle were struggling to pick up the pieces after Michael's eviction. Even though he was disliked, he helped with numbers and if even one of them were nominated, it would be a tough fight. Michelle told Jun to not go talk to Dani because it would make them look desperate but Jun talked to Dani anyways and ensured her own safety.
The nomination ceremony begins.
Dani: These nominations were hard for me to decide. I hope the nominees have no hard feelings. Let's begin the nomination ceremony. *pulls key* Jodi.
Jodi: *pulls key* Danielle.
Danielle: *pulls key* Erika.
Erika: *pulls key* Jun.
Jun: *pulls key* Parker.
Parker: *pulls key* Nakomis.
Nakomis: The final key goes to...*pulls key* Candice.
Dani: Jojo and Michelle, I have nominated you two for eviction. Jojo, you're a really big threat and I feel like you might turn on me. Michelle, your sudden athleticism scares me so you're a threat also.
DR CONFESSIONALS
Jojo: I might turn on you? Well, I will now. You've miscalculated, Dani. Prepare to pay for it.
Michelle: I might've picked a horrible strategy for not getting nominated. Hopefully, I can start to pick up the slack.
The veto ceremony is about to take place. Dani, Jojo and Michelle get ready along with Jodi, Jun and Danielle who randomly selected.
DR CONFESSIONALS
Danielle: Dani has kinda gone off course with these nominations. Maybe if I veto Michelle, she'll put up Candice and go for a backdoor...
Jun: If Michelle goes, I'm on my own. I can't let that happen. I need this veto for Michelle.
Jodi: If I win this veto, I owe it to Michelle to use it on her. I hope I can pull this off.
Dani's plan has been set in motion. Will you help or hinder it with this veto?
