1) To make boundaries clear that there are no sexual implications and to make the patient as comfortable as possible.
2) People in AA can choose to be anonymous if they wish, it was much more shameful when the recovery system was established so people would only show up if they could stay anonymous
3) Ice would build up over the light and therefore defeat the purpose. Also I don't think electricity would work properly in freezing temperatures.
4) There are other chemicals in mineral water
5) Because kids read the comics and watch the movies and it would be a MAJOR no no to have a monster green dick flaring at them.
6) Likely because of starvation or lack of variety. It's not all that weird to kill and eat animals, why not drink their milk?
