Since unconstitutional laws are not laws that americans have to follow then gay marriage is still illegal

-Bill of Rights says that the states vote on issues not mentioned in the constitution
-Many states voted against in but the federal governement mandated it because 5 unelected officials took away the rights of 300 million+ americans
-Ted Cruz is gonna get elected easily and the republicans will have complete control and be flllibuster proof so ted cruz will repeal it and let the states decide by started all over again.
