-Constitution doesn't mention gay marriage

-Bill of Rights says that the states vote on issues not mentioned in the constitution

-Supreme Court only has authority to define the constitution

-can't define something that isn't mentioned at all

-Many states voted against in but the federal governement mandated it because 5 unelected officials took away the rights of 300 million+ americans

-Ted Cruz is gonna get elected and have the house and senate on his side on overturning the decision

-Constitution declares that all people shall have equal rights under the law (14th amendment) so if straight couples are allowed the right to marry, so should gay couples.
