This clue is encrypted with a CAESARIAN cipher. That means each letter has been shifted the same number of letters either up or down the alphabet. i.e. if the letter C is shifted 1 letter down the alphabet it becomes letter D. You'll have to shift each letter one by one the same number of times to unveil the clue.
