It's been 3 years today since Matt64 left us. It feels like only yesterday he was on call, laughing and talking about his plans for the future both offline and online. He was such an amazing soul.
(I've been informed that there are people who have been following only on TG and aren't joining the FB group for various reasons, + my OCD is bothering me, so I'll post the rest of the boot posts here. Anyway...)
Auahi went to the final tribal before the merge, tension was in the air and paranoia lingered from the live night. In the end, we said goodbye to Zachy.
Zach got his start in this series, namely Twilight Town, where he wasn't sure what he was doing yet and got blindsided hard. Years passed and he started finding his footing in other orgs, proving in Mementos that he was a very capable player, being the driving force behind a few big names leaving early and for which side ended up winning out. The double saw him taken out as the biggest threat to win at the time, having played a strong game up to that point. Cut to now, a few years later. Ik you have moved on and play with a lot bigger names, bigger games, and bigger casts but still said yes to the All Stars invite regardless. You came into this wanting to play a lot more aggressive but you only attended maybe 3 or 4 tribals overall, not needing to maneuver until later on. Live Night is where the game kicked into high gear for you but after that your tribe sent you packing. You've grown into one hell of a player over the years and I always enjoy watching you play whether in my series or following in other games. Thank you so much for giving Trinity one more shot!
After Auahi 4.0, it was Kubou 4.0's turn to go to tribal! This group decided to play bold in the exact opposite way, and as a result had exactly half the amount of votes as the other tribe's tribal tonight. Regardless, tonight we said goodbye to Tyler.
Tyler! You were one of the original top players of this series, back in Ireland you were the kingpin of your side and led your army through the back and forth slaughterfest of the merge until getting slain yourself towards the end. This time around you had a lot less work to do, avoiding tribal until 19th place and only attending 2 in total. You knew your neck was on the chopping block and fought your ass off to stay, but you fell just short and unfortunately your time in All Stars was brought to an end tonight. I will always enjoy watching you play, thank you for coming back!!
Live Night wrapped up a bit ago, and we said goodbye to two more people! At the first tribal of the night, votes flew everywhere and in one of the wildest vote counts of the season, with TONS of extra votes being thrown at the wall, we said goodbye to X.
X, your journey throughout this series has been captivating as hell. Starting in Past & Present, you would've been easy merge boot if you lost immunity, and found your closest ally being taken out just for being associated with you. After that, you bounced back HARD and launched yourself into a great position, landing yourself in finals. You played a great game, but fell just short in a 4-4-2 vote. This time around... Things weren't much different. You had the worst start out of anyone, going to the first 2 tribals and getting blindsided at both, being alone by the 3rd round. But you tightened up your boots and started fighting back, finding your footing at the swap and finally being able to push forward in this game. Your journey was never easy and very rocky, but you fought your ass off until you couldn't anymore, with the 3rd swap and a live setting being what ended your run in this series. You've been the ultimate underdog in this series and have been very compelling to watch, but your journey in Trinity ends tonight.
