In my opinion, I feel that with Nicole, Christine and Hayden in one of the most unlikely alliances ever, this is a power move for Christine herself, and this pretty much guarantees her place in at least the jury. If she reaches the final, she basically has the Bomb Squad votes, since she was in the Bomb squad along with Amber and the guys.
Secondly, although I might be absolutely incorrect, Christine shows that she has a good chance of being in Team America, and with her and Donny and the third houseguest, this would be deadly.
People are looking at Christine as a quiet member of the Bomb Squad, but in the next few weeks, I think Christine will prove to the house that she has the brains and possibly the brawn to win the game.
