The Thmei tribe lost their first immunity challenge, however there wasn't a lot of finger-pointing between people. But back at camp, Jim took all the guys aside and told them that it would be best if they vote off Alexis, knowing her playing style. Everyone agreed and it seemed like the plan. Knowing things might end as a tie, Jim convinced Shirin that voting Alexis is the smart move, but Shirin thought differently. She came up with the plan to blindside Jim, as he seemed like the mastermind, and she decided to approach Stephen with the plan. Stephen convinced some of the guys that voting Jim would form a stronger bond within the tribe, as most of the tribe knows Jim is the schemer. At tribal council, Shirin fought against Jim with the fact that he is targetting weak links, and Jim denied it. With the full denial, it became clear to most of the guys who to vote for, except for Marty and Reynold, who made their colors clear by defending Jim's case.
3rd person voted off Survivor: Second Chances: Jim
