This competition is called "Tengaged Rainbow" and here is how it works:
This competition is pretty simple you make a blog and people tag themselves in color level order going from White to TV star. When you have done a whole rainbow you can start again and add on a 2nd rainbow. The person who gets the furthest will become the new Head of Household.
