I think there should be a limit to the number of times a certain user can play stars. This way not only many more users will be able to play the game (without the need to be black or more) but the game will be more interesting not having to watch the same buncha people over and over again.
The limit could be 3, 5, 6 times
or if you consider that limit depriving you of the possibility to become a winner
The limit could be 'as many games as it takes you to win' meaning the first time you win a stars seasons you will not be able to play again (exc for special editions, like all-stars etc.)

5-6 week gap could work, and it would guarantee about 100 ppl get to play in a time period
