Hello everyone! I'm Terminator, back with more about Udoravia! Today I had a interview with Puma, and he was kind enough to answer all my questions!
1. Are the four featured games the only games that will be available?
"Those are the 4 main games I have planned for right now. They won't all be available when the site is released.. they will be added in time. If the site is a success, I will add more games than those."
2. Are you in any way fighting with Rando?
"No. I've never spoken with him."
3.Are you in anyway trying to rebell against Tengaged?
"No. I'm making this site because a lot of people want to play other games besides Big Brother."
4.Will you still be using tengaged?
"I don't know. I come and go on this website, so who knows."
5.The site will open up Jan 14th correct?
"That depends on a lot of things, mainly how well BETA testing goes. But yes, that is the anticipated release date."
6. could you give tutorials or just little things about how the games work for me to let people know about?
"Survivor is a 2 tribe game, consisting of 16 people on tribes of 8. Midway to the merge, there is a tribal swap. During the tribe portion of the game, tribes compete for tribal immunity only. There is no individual immunity. At final 10, the tribes merge, and players begin competing for individual immunity. The jury consists of 9th-3rd places, and vote for one of the final 2 to win. There are also hidden immunity idols throughout the entire game.
Amazing Race has two versions: Individual (11 players) and Teams (11 teams). The individual game is shorter and simpler, and the slowest person to complete the leg is eliminated each round. The team version is a game that only takes place one at a time, similar to Stars on Tengaged. Teams enroll together, and compete in Detours, Road Blocks, Fast Forwards, and other tasks each leg. The team with the slowest cumulative time after each leg is eliminated. There are also random events in these games that may slow you down or speed you up (such as flat tires, bad cab drivers, etc.) There are things, currently unnamed, that can affect your "luck" in this way.
Solitary is a 9 player game in which you cannot see your opponents. Each day there is a challenge in which the winner will be exempt from the following Treatment. Treatments are all endurance based, and do not end until a player quits them. As with the show, players will not know if anyone else has already quit the treatment before them or not. The person who quits first is eliminated.
The Mole is a 12 player game with a mole selected at random on Day 1. Each day, the group competes as a team to add money to the prize pot. The mole will work to sabotage the group and add money to his/her own prize pot. Each day there is a test in a similar format to the show in which players answer questions about the mole's identity. The player with the lowest score on the test is eliminated each day. At the final 3, the two remaining players take a longer test which ends with the question "Who is the Mole?" If both players answer correctly, the Mole gets 3rd, and the player with the highest score on the full test wins. If one is incorrect, that player gets 3rd and the Mole gets 2nd. If both are incorrect, the Mole wins and the player with the higher score on the full test gets 2nd. The prize for The Mole games will be equal to the amount that the group was able to add to their prize pot throughout the entire game. There are also a few additional rules and things that make the game more realistic and prevent the Mole from simply telling their friends their identity."
7.Will the site be anything like tengaged, gamewise, blogs, groups?
"The site will be similar in the sense that they are both online reality games, but it is also very different. My goal in making the site is to make games that are actually SIMILAR to the actual shows"
So there you have it!
Thank you SO much Puma for taking the time to answer these! Im Term, and goodnight!
Question. What if 2 friends join, one becomes mole. Couldn't he just tell his friend that way they both make it to final day?
Otherwise fantastic interview. Thank You! =]
