Why do people pose questions this way? It's meant to be polite I guess but it's either something you won't do or something you have to do. Like when your mom says "Do you wanna go help your sister?" Obviously in my home I can't say no I don't want to help my sister regardless of whether or not I do want to help her. Sometimes strangers ask at movie theaters. "Do you wanna move over a seat please?" Now I would be the worst person in the theater if I had said no, but guess what I sat down first and I am comfortable where I am so you should find some open seats somewhere else, you don't get this row today. Am I alone in this?
