I personally can only attest to 4 and 5

4 is a religious experience and 5 is also really good and has redeemable qualities of its own although it feels like a re-hash at times (which isnt necessarily a bad hting)

however ive heard 1-3 are also lol-worthy and fun too i was meaning on watching them sooner or later

Are the challenges legit challenges or are they like who can duck shoot the best?

they are pretty much like the challenge except not as crossfit!1! and most of them take place in the lake the house is next to or in some aerial contraption or in the field. The challenges are pretty decent and the eliminations are straight up as if it was from the challenge
