there's tons of things to see in toronto- high park zoo, toronto islands, scarborough bluffs, kensington market (cheap food from various cultures), even just walking around downtown and visiting the eaton center is fun
niagara falls obviously and you should take a trip to montreal at some point, it's fairly cheap if you take the megabus

JoeDaManXD i prefer Toronto to MTL but they're both fun cities. i think there's a lot of waterfall hikes near Hamilton too which would be easy for you to visit
JoeDaManXD well it's for grad school/for my master's. I was supposed to move last September, but bc of COVID my first year was online so now I'm just going to write my thesis.
And Bengalboy the Megabus is hella cheap. I spent $55 roundtrip from Baltimore to NYC to Toronto to Montreal just to visit Etienne
yeah Bengalboy but I ended up taking the Amtrak back to NY bc it would be out of my way to go back to Toronto from MTL (when I was going to NY/Baltimore). It still wasn't that bad though
